Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified bidders for the provision of

Layer7 Anti DDOS solution.

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and

Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 18 th / 05/2026 at

3:30pm with subject line “Provision of Layer7 Anti DDOS solution.” and bids will be sent

online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent

separately to your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD, delivery period and payment

terms. Provide a partnership certificate and completion certificates on similar

assignments. Provide detailed company profile, Company registration certificate, a valid

Social Security Contribution Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate and any other

requirement required in TORs.
