Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Various Supplies and Services under a Framework Agreement for the 2026–2027 Period

Background

The Rwanda Basketball Federation (FERWABA), the national umbrella organization governing basketball, organizes leagues, tournaments, and international competitions to promote the sport across the country.

Over the years, basketball has become one of the fastest-growing sports in Rwanda, attracting a large fan base and significant media attention. FERWABA continues to work towards raising the standards of the game, enhancing the fan experience, and positioning Rwanda as a leading destination for professional basketball events on the African continent

The Rwanda Basketball Federation (FERWABA) invites interested and qualified service providers to submit bids for the provision of goods and services under a Framework Agreement for the period 2026–2027.

FERWABA seeks to establish long-term partnerships with competent companies in the following categories:

1. Transport Services
2. Hotel Services, Restaurant Services, and Catering Services
3. Sports Facilities (Gym, Swimming Pool, Spa)
4. Refreshments Supply
5. Stationery and Office Supplies
6. Sports Equipment and Trophies
7. IT Services (Maintenance of ICT Equipment and Supply of Spare Parts)
8. Supply of Medicines (Pharmacies)
9. Insurance Services (Staff and Competitions)
10. Cleaning Services for Playgrounds
11. Air Ticketing Services
12. Design, Branding, and Printing Services and Supply of promotional materials
13. Videography and Photography Services
14. Entertainment Services and Event Management Services.
15. Hospital Services (X Ray, MRI, Ambulance Service)
16. Provision of Media related Services (Radio,TV, Newspapers)

Eligibility:

Interested bidders must be legally registered companies with proven experience in the respective field. Bidders shall provide valid tax clearance certificates and other relevant documentation as required in the tender document.
