PUBLIC NOTICE EXTENSION OF APPLICATION DEADLINE

The Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) hereby informs the public that the

application period for the following positions, initially advertised on 30 April 2026, has

been extended:

1. Head of Corporate Department

2. Head of Energy Department

3. Head of Nuclear and Radiation Protection Department

In order to provide additional interested and qualified candidates with the opportunity to

submit their applications, the deadline has been extended for a further period of Fifteen

(15) working days, effective from 29 May 2026.

Important Notes

 Applicants are required to apply for only one (1) position. Candidates who qualify

for multiple positions must select and apply for only one position.

 Applications not received through the correct application link will not be

considered.

 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment.

Furthermore, candidates who had already applied and were shortlisted during the

previous application period are not required to submit new applications. Their

applications shall remain valid and will continue to be considered together with

applications received during the extension period.

Previously shortlisted candidates are advised not to submit duplicate applications.
