Civil and Plumbing Maintenance services

INVITATION TO TENDER № TD-01745-2020

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to hire a competent company to carry out Civil and Plumbing Maintenance services for its Headquarters and branches under a framework contract. BK hereby calls bids from local qualified companies for the above mentioned services.

Terms of References (TORs) for the above mentioned works will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 05th/06/2026. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on [email protected]

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 25th/06/2026 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Indicate your account number and proposed payment terms in the financial proposal. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals together with the following documents:

-Detailed company profile

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from RRA

-Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

-At least three performance certificates of similar services provided elsewhere.

-Audited financial statements of the last 3 years

-Certificate of current standing from RDB

-Proof of financial capacity (confirmed credit line)
