CAR WASH SERVICES FOR RALGA VEHICLES

The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) invites eligible and qualified firms to submit bids for the provision of professional car wash services for RALGA’s fleet of vehicles under a one-year framework agreement.

The scope of this tender covers regular exterior and interior vehicle washing, as well as full-wash and deep-cleaning/detailing services for RALGA’s vehicles. Services shall be delivered in accordance with the detailed Technical Specifications. All services must be carried out using appropriate professional equipment, safe and environmentally friendly cleaning materials, and by qualified personnel.

Administrative Requirements

- Submission Letter;

- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate issued by RDB;

- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by RRA;

- List of employees and their qualifications, including proof of relevant technical training in vehicle cleaning or detailing;

- List of equipment and materials available at the car wash facility;

- Evidence of a suitable car wash facility (location, description, or photographs);

- At least three (3) satisfactory completion certificates from previous clients, demonstrating relevant experience in car wash or vehicle cleaning services.

Bid Submission Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA, and delivered to the RALGA Offices located in Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District, Kigali. The deadline for bid submission is 12 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. The public bid opening session will be on the same day at 3:00 p.m. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives, are welcome to attend the opening.
