Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from Local qualified service provider for a Framework Contract for Provision of Safe Boxes & Strong Room Maintenance Services.

Terms of References for the above-mentioned items will be sent to emails of interested bidders from 08th June 2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on [email protected]. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 22nd June 2026 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan francs. Submit a detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, Good standing Certificate from RDB, RRA Tax clearance, RSSB Clearance certificate, proof of experience in similar services and any other requirement related to this service.
