The hotel is located in Estate 2020 Village, Gacuriro Cell, Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali, registered under UPI: 1/02/10/01/833.

Interested bidders are required to register through the National Auction Platform and pay a bid security deposit of RWF 328,907,498, equivalent to 5% of the reserve price, through the Urubuto system. The bid security deposit must be paid into the MINIJUST Auction Funds Account held at Bank of Kigali (BK).
