TENDER TITLE: Hiring a PCO to Coordinate and Manage Rwanda Mining Week

event 2026

The Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB), on behalf of the Rwanda Mining Board (RMB), intends to procure the services of an experienced local professional conference organizer (PCO) to coordinate the planning, organization, and management of the aforementioned event, scheduled to take place from 9 to 11 December 2026.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of References.

The tender documents, including the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR), may be obtained upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000. Payment should be made to the Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) account No. 0009507728806-72 held at Bank of Kigali (BK). Interested bidders are required to submit proof of payment via email to [email protected], upon which the tender documents will be provided.

Eligible bidders must submit well-printed, properly bound proposals in a sealed envelope that clearly highlights the tender reference number, the title of the tender, and the bidder's name, as well as a soft copy proposal on an external hard drive, and present them physically in the RCB procurement office located in the RDB Headquarter building on the 5th floor by Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.

Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
