PUBLIC NOTICE

The Management of TRACTAFRIC EQUIPMENT RWANDA hereby informs the general public that any individual or legal entity currently in possession of motor vehicles and machines registered under the name of TRACTAFRIC is required to contact the TRACTAFRIC Sales Department within twenty (20) days from 08th june 2026 in order to regularize and complete the transfer of ownership.

This notice applies to all persons or entities concerned and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the relevant sales contracts.

Furthermore, TRACTAFRIC EQUIPMENT RWANDA notifies all individuals and companies in possession of such motor vehicles that, in the event any of these vehicles are found to be in violation of applicable laws and regulations, the person or entity in unlawful possession shall bear full legal responsibility.
