1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders specialized in the field to submit their best offer for tender related to Supply of spare parts for Gishoma PPP as indicated in the supply Requirements. This tender is made of one (1) indivisible lot.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the International Open Competitive Bidding (ICB) method specified in the REG Procurement User Manual as updated.
3. The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, [email protected] or [email protected] ; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Fifteen Thousand Rwandan Francs (15,000 Frw) deposited on the EUCL Account 2001161020000121/RWF opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda or Ten United states Dollars (USD 10) deposited on the EUCL account 100012026484/USD opened at Bank of Kigali
4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than.27/07/2026 at 10:00 am. Late and Electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5. Bids will be opened to the public and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Head Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
6. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as per template included in bidding document of 5,250,000 Frw or equivalent of 3,572 USD issued by a corresponding reputable Rwandan financial institution with the validity period of at least 150 days from the bids opening date.
7. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual
