AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Rwanda invites qualified and experienced transport service providers to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of transportation services across all regions where AHF Rwanda operates.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a global non-profit organization founded in Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1987. AHF currently operates in more than 50 countries worldwide and is committed to providing quality HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment services.
In Rwanda, AHF supports health programs in 16 districts and 62 health facilities across the country As provided below:
Scope of Services
The selected transport providers will be required to provide transportation services to support AHF Rwanda operations in various regions of the country, as needed.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested transport providers are requested to submit the following documents:
ü Company Profile indicating the company's physical address
ü Proposed transport rates for various destinations/trips
ü Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) Certificate
ü Valid Vehicle Insurance
ü Valid Contrôle Technique Certificate
ü REMA Emissions Control Certificate
ü Copy of Vehicle Registration Card (Yellow Paper)
ü Drivers with a valid driver's license
Note: Private individuals are also encouraged to submit their applications, provided they submit the following documents:
ü Application letter expressing interest in providing transport services.
ü Copy of National ID or Passport.
ü Valid Rwandan Driving Licence.
ü Copy of the Vehicle Registration Card (Carte Jaune).
ü Valid Motor Vehicle Insurance Certificate.
ü Valid Vehicle Inspection Certificate issued by the relevant authority.(REMA&controle technique)
ü RRA Tax Identification Number (TIN) or proof of tax registration
ü Price Quotation/Rate Schedule (e.g., rates per trip or destination).
ü Bank Account Details for payment purposes.
‘’All interested service providers are requested to submit their rates per kilometre (km) for travel on both paved roads and unpaved roads.’’
Submission
Interested providers should submit the required documents no later than 21th July 2026 at 00:00’
