Budget: Between RWF 95,000,000 and not exceeding RWF 120,000,000

Submission Requirements

Interested sellers should submit the following:

* A formal proposal indicating the asking price.

* A copy of the land title (Leasehold Certificate).

* A site location map.

* Recent photographs of the property.

* The owner's contact information. If submitted through a broker or agent, this should be clearly indicated.

* Any additional information that may support the proposal.
