Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the provision for staff transportation services.

The detailed terms of Reference (TORS) will be shared via email with interested bidders starting from 3 rd July 2026. Interested bidders are required to express their interest by sending an email to [email protected]. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 17th July 2026 at 3:30pm with subject line “Framework Contract for the Provision of Staff Transportation Services” and bids will be sent online on ERP Portal that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposal in Rwanda Francs and Payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, RDB registration certificates, RSSB Clearance Certificate, RRA Tax Clearance Certificate, company’s good standing certificate from RDB, Performance Certificates for the provision of similar services done elsewhere and any information required.
