JOB SUMMARY

The Rwanda Country Director (CD) has full responsibility to ensure a sustainable and growing high impact Saving Groups Ministry as well as managing HOPE’s partnerships in Rwanda, ensuring that Spiritual Integration and Christian witness are core elements of the Saving Groups Ministry. Working in conjunction with the Regional Director, the Country Director has responsibility to set goals, ensure that appropriate resources are in place, and to achieve or exceed these goals leading to the overall realization of the mission of the HOPE International Rwanda program.
