Provision of rental vehicle services for official travel outside Kigali

BK Foundation would like to invite bids from local qualified service provider for the Provision of rental vehicle services for official travel outside Kigali. The framework agreement shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements with the estimated number three (3) vehicles per day.

Terms of references for the above-mentioned items will be sent to emails of interested bidders starting from the 07th July, 2026. Interested bidders are required to express their interest by sending an email to: [email protected]. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 20th July,2026 at 3:30 pm on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Interested bidders will be required to submit financial proposal indicating rental rates and related charges and payment terms in Rwandan francs, a detailed Company profile demonstrating experience in vehicle rental services, company registration certificate from RDB, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Taxes Clearance certificate, Operating license for transportation services, Fleet details including vehicle types and capacities, List of available vehicles and technical specifications, Evidence of insurance coverage for vehicles, Company’s good standing certificate from RDB, References from at least three (3) clients for similar assignments and any other requirement related to this service.
