ADVERTISEMENT OF HORIZON LOGISTICS TENDERS FOR VARIOUS ITEMS
With intention to maintain an updated vendor database with the purpose to conclude one-off contracts on one hand and on other hand framed contracts and open contracts for a period varying between six (06) and twenty-four (24) months, Horizon Logistics Ltd invites all interested vendors to express their interest to work with it in various fields as mentioned below:
Lot1. Supply of Eight (08) Shack man Head Truck with Flatbed,
Lot2. Supply of Electric Vehicles
Lot3. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Carwash Machines and accessories,
Lot4. Supply of First Moving Spare Parts for Machines and Trucks,
Lot5. Supply of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF / AUS 32), (ADD BBLUE),
Lot6. Supply of Lubricants,
Lot7. Provision of Electricity to Horizon Logistics Head Office,
Lot8. Vehicle Repair (Fordland ES/7: (5Vehicles), Crane XCMG 25T&75T: (2Machines), Forklift (4Machines) and 2 Flatbed.
Bids should include (But not limited) the following:
- Business Certificate describing line of business and Registration Number/TIN Number (or equivalent).
- Detailed Company profile covering Names/Physical Address/Mail Address/Phone & WhatsApp Number/Full Bank Details, Experience, Products/Services, financial Overview and Assets etc. (where applicable).
- Valid Tax & RSSB Clearance. (Where applicable).
More information enabling interested bidders to make comprehensive proposals will be available upon the request through the following procurement email address: [email protected] but inquiries should be raised considering the bids submission deadline, as this will not be changed.
For Local Bidders, well printed bids properly bound in sealed envelopes and specifying the concerned tender in which was expressing interest to work with Horizon Logistics should be compulsory and submitted at Horizon Logistics Reception Desk, at Ituze Plaza building, KN 5 RD56, KG173 St. Only abroad Bidders will be allowed to submit their bids on line through the above-mentioned email address.
Submission should be not later than 20th July 2026 at 01h:00 pm Kigali Time.
