Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites international and national Authorized resellers for the Tripwire Enterprise Console and File Systems Subscription to submit a proposal for the Renewal of the above-mentioned subscription.

Detailed terms of reference for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from the 24th July 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email to [email protected]. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 06th August 2026 at 03:30 pm Kigali time with subject line “Tripwire Enterprise Console and File Systems Subscription Renewal” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall provide financial proposal and the payment terms in Rwandan Francs for local bidders or USD for International Bidders. Provide also the company profile, valid company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Clearance certificate, 3 years’ experience in providing similar servies, last 3years’ audited financial statements, Manufacturer’s Authorization for this specific Tender and any other relevant supporting documentation as requested in Terms of Reference (ToR).
