Bidders shall provide Technical and Financial Proposal and the payment terms in Rwandan Francs for local bidders or USD for International Bidders. Provide also the company profile, Valid company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Clearance certificate,3 years’ experience in providing similar services, last 3 years audited financial statements, and any other requirement in TORs.
