Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites Qualified international and national Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Consultancy Services for the provision of consultancy services to support the implementation of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and compliance with the Central Bank Guidelines No. 52/2026 on Artificial Intelligence Risk Management for Financial Institutions.

Detailed terms of reference for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from 19th August 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email to [email protected]. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 1st September 2026 at 3:30pm Kigali time with subject line “Consultancy Services for the Implementation of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS)” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall provide financial proposal and the payment terms in Rwandan Francs for local bidders or USD for International Bidders. Provide also the company profile, valid company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Clearance certificate, last 3years’ audited financial statements, and any other relevant supporting documentation as requested in Terms of Reference (ToR).
