EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF LIQUID COAGULANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF THE TENDER: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF LIQUID COAGULANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

1. The WASAC UTILITY LTD (hereinafter called ‘‘Client’’) funded by WASAC Utility Budget towards the cost of EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF LIQUID COAGULANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Tender document is issued.

2. WASAC Utility invites Manufacturers or Manufacturer’s representatives to submit bids for the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF LIQUID COAGULANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT as indicated in tender document.

3. The tender document can be obtained from the Purchase and Supply Chain Unit office at WASAC Utility Head Office, centenary house, 1st floor or on E-mail: [email protected] , upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) for local companies or Ten US Dollars (10 USD) for foreign companies, to account No100009564367 opened in the Bank of Kigali in the names of WASAC Operational Account , Kigali, Rwanda, SWIFT Code: BKIGRWRW.

4. All bids ‘‘shall’’ be accompanied by a Bid Security of Twenty-Two Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (22,825,000Frw) or Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven United States dollars and Ninety-Six Cents (15,487.96 USD) and should be provided by the local bank or any other authorized financial institution. The bid security to be provided must have a validity period of 180 days counted from the opening date.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original must reach the address mentioned above not later than 21 /09/2026 at 10:00 am Local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids will remain valid for 180 days starting from the deadline of their submission.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 21 /09/2026 at 10:30 am Local time. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with WASAC procurement procedures manual.
