Bank of Kigali Plc hereby invites bids from qualified national and international consulting firms with proven expertise in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Security governance to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Bank's current Information Security posture and develop a holistic Information Security Strategy and Roadmap for the next years (2027-2029). The strategy shall align with the Bank's corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, emerging cyber threats, and the evolving digital landscape, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud technologies, and data protection.

Terms of reference will be sent to emails of interested bidders starting from the 25th August 2026. Interested bidders are required to express their interest by sending an email to: [email protected]. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 09th September,2026 at 3:30 pm on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Interested bidders are required to submit a financial proposal, technical proposal including all details specified in the TORs, a detailed company profile, including comprehensive information on the company’s shareholders and directors, at least 3 reference certificates for recent and similar services, audited financial statements of the last 3 years, Valid Taxes clearance certificate, Company’s Registration Certificate, and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
