COMMERCIAL FIELD OFFICERS

Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC) is mandated to provide clean water supply and services in Rwanda. In order to boost its operations, WASAC wishes to hire competent and enthusiastic people for the following position:

1. Commercial Field officers with Driving license Category A
2. Reporting to: Billing and Revenue Collection Field Supervisor
3. Nature of Contract: Fixed Contract

Overall Objectives of the Position:

To support WASAC Commercial Services by billing customers timely and ensure good relationship with customers by providing them accurate information.

Scope of Work:

To ensure that all customers are billed on time and also ensure good relationship with customers by providing them with accurate information and respond to their inquires in the most effective and efficient manner on monthly basis.

Qualification and experience required:

• Having a minimum Certificate of A2 or above;
• Having a driving license Category A;
• Proven working experience of two years in the areas of customer services or transport services ;
• Must demonstrate high level of integrity and good interpersonal skills;
• Having an experience in plumbing or manipulation of GIS tools will be an added advantage.
• 2.Commercial Field officers.

B. Qualification and experience required:

• Having a minimum Certificate of A2 or above;
• Proven working experience of two years in the areas of customer services;
• Must demonstrate high level of integrity and good interpersonal skills;
• Having an experience in plumbing or manipulation of GIS tools will be an advantage.

C.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take, on monthly basis, water consumption of WASAC Clients;
• By using WASAC Ltd tools he/she should timely distribute invoice to the clients in assigned zone;
• Ensure that all clients in the assigned zone are billed 100%
• Report all water issues found in the working area including leaks , illegal use of water and or any other issue, or complaints;
• Ensure newly connected customers are billed on monthly basis ;
• Ensure good relationship with customers and are provided with accurate information and respond to their queries in the most effective and efficient manner;
• Assure that WASAC ltd properties provided to you are properly used and well kept;
• Perform any other work assigned by your supervisor.
