TITLE: INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES TO RDB

SOURCE OF FINANCING: ORDINARY BUDGET OF THE GOVERNMENT

1. The Government of Rwanda through Rwanda Development Board would like to invite proposals for consultancy services related to insurance brokerage to RDB. More details on the requirements are provided in the request for proposal document/terms of references.
2. This request for Proposal/terms of references is open on equal conditions to all national and international experienced consulting firms with valid and relevant trade license certificate, in insurance brokerage.
3. Interested consulting firms must provide all information related to the requirements in the terms of references which will be verified based on national procedures governing the public procurement.
4. A firm will be selected under Quality Based Selection (QBS) and procedures described in this RFP/terms of references, in accordance with the Rwandan procurement and regulations which can be found at the following website: rppa.gov.rw.org/procedure .
5. The terms of references may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge.
6. The technical proposal must be submitted online using the E-Procurement system not later than 30^th November, 2021 at 10h00 AM local time. Technical proposals should be accompanied with the bid security of one million for the entire tender. The opening of technical proposal will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM, local time.
7. Your submission shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
