Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified Local bidders for the Renew

of Redhat Enterprise Linux Server Licenses for Virtual Datacenter Standard Subscription

and Redhat Satellite for 2026-2027 (38 Hosts).

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and

Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 18 th /05/2026

at 3:30pm with subject line “Renew of Redhat Enterprise Linux Server.” and bids will be

sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will

be sent separately to your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, delivery period and payment

terms. Provide a partnership certificate of Redhat and completion certificates on

similar assignments. Provide detailed company profile, Company registration

certificate-RDB, a valid Social Security Contribution Certificate-RSSB and Tax Clearance

Certificate-RRA.
